2023 resulted in significant growth and expansion in our rotational molding facility. The company added new equipment and additional employees that were the direct result of growth in mining, juvenile and workplace safety products. Our strength in engineering allowed us to effectively integrate, and in some cases re-engineer, numerous OEM specific products. The added capacity we now have allows for further growth in rotational molding.
With 60+ years of thermoset composite molding experience, our engineering expertise in insert & part design for voltage performance has allowed for continued growth in the mass transit and insulator markets. 2023 saw heavy penetration in both third rail and overhead cantenary style insulators. Our products are 100% MADE IN THE USA making us qualified to bid on all Federal contracts.

NEWLY AVAILABLE PRODUCT OFFERINGS:
BO-WITT PRODUCTS IS PLEASED TO OFFER HIGH PERFORMANCE INSULATORS MANUFACTURED OUT OF A PROPRIETARY EPOXY BMC. INSULATORS MADE FROM THIS MATERIAL ARE CAPABLE OF WITHSTANDING 100kV+ AS WELL AS OFFER SUPERIOR MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE OVER TRADITIONAL BMC MATERIALS. THIS NEW MATERIAL IS IDEAL FOR REPLACING CERAMICS AND PORCELAIN: PERFORMANCE WITHOUT THE BRITTLE FAILURE OR THE NEED FOR COATING. IN MOST CASES, THIS MATERIAL CAN BE USED IN EXISTING TOOLING.
AVAILABLE GRADES INCLUDE:
1. Corrosion and chemical resistant coupled with high strength, good surface finish and VOC free;
2. No B-Stage variant allows for lower molding pressure and a longer shelf life;
3. Improved cure cycle and
4. High Strength / Fast Cure with 50% glass fiber filler to see very high mechanical loads.

BO-WITT PRODUCTS CONTINUES ITS EXPANSION INTO ROTATIONAL MOLDNG WITH THE ADDITION OF A NEW MACHINE. CAPABILITIES IN ROTATIONAL MOLDING INCLUDE CUSTOM BLENDING OF MATERIAL (COLOR & REGRIND), ASSEMBLY & FINISH WORK. OUR CENTRAL INDIANA LOCATION ALLOWS FOR COST-EFFECTIVE FREIGHT TO ANY LOCATION IN THE US. STOCKING PROGRAMS ARE AVAILABLE.
