Organizational Announcement

I am pleased to announce that Annette Jukes has been promoted to Vice President of Finance and Human Resources, effective July 1, 2007. Annette began her career at Bo-Witt in 2002 as Accounting Manager. She graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Accounting, and subsequently passed her CPA exam. Prior to joining Bo-Witt, Annette worked for Acterna Corporation.

During this past year, Annette was essential in ensuring that we delivered our promised results to our shareholders. This year, in addition to leading Finance and HR, she is demonstrating her diversity by leading several important initiatives that are designed to drive profitable top-line growth.
